Randall J. Middeke, President

Established The Company In 1993

Over 30 Years In The Residential Construction Industry
Randy has overall responsibility for all operational aspects of the business. He spends a large portion of his time at the sites, guaranteeing superior workmanship and ensuring customer satisfaction. Randy 'grew up' in the industry, working construction as a teenager. Prior to starting City Lights Design and Build, he spent 15 years working as a carpenter, lead carpenter, cabinet maker and shop foreman for high-end residential homebuilders. His keen sense of design and insistence on quality workmanship has earned the company numerous awards and nationally televised recognitions for outstanding work.

Richard is responsible for maintaining high-level finance, accounting and administrative components of City Lights as well as providing his expertise in the budgeting / proposal process of City Lights projects. Richard also grew up in the residential homebuilding industry as a construction worker in the family business. After graduating from Missouri State University, Richard earned his CPA while working as an auditor with Coopers & Lybrand (PriceWaterhouseCoopers), specializing in manufacturing and constructions clients. Prior to joining City Lights, he held the position of Director of Finance with a $100+ million manufacturing firm.
